About Us
The BQYC is located in the City of Belleville on the beautiful Bay of Quinte, a short walk to the city centre. Our home sailing grounds are in the protected waters of the Bay, one of the best boating areas in Canada.
The Club caters to the interests of both sail and power boaters and attracts those interested in cruising, racing in keelboats or dinghies, or simply socializing at the Long Reach Bar or at one of our many organized events.
Many of our members get involved in all of the above!
Note that BQYC is a self-help club. All members are expected to contribute to activities such as event organizing, house and grounds maintenance, sailing school, etc.
