Visit the Bay of Quinte Yacht Club

Boating Visitors

There is a well-protected visitor’s dock available adjacent to the clubhouse. It has enough space for two boats on each side and one boat across the end. At mid-summer, the water depth on each side is 7 feet. Please pull your boat forward to leave space behind you for another visitor.

The club can be contacted at 613-966-5931 during business hours only (after 4 pm weekdays).

Our visitor dock is available to reciprocal clubs on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not take reservations. Upon arrival, please dock if there is space and then check in with bar staff during business hours.

Visiting boats must show a current member card at sign-in and are requested to fly their club burgee while docked with us. We think it is fun to guess the burgee!

Overnight dockage at BQYC is $1.50/foot/night, and reciprocal club members get the second night free. It is $2.00/foot/night without a Reciprocal Club Membership Card.

Please use only one 30 AMP plug-in per boat and do not operate a generator at the dock to respect the other boaters.

Amenities

The Club offers washrooms, showers, Wi-Fi, BBQ use, laundry facilities, and ice. Relax in air-conditioned comfort in front of the TV  or under our covered deck.  Fuel and pump-out are available just next door at Meyer’s Pier or Crates Marina.

The Long Reach Bar serves most types of drinks, including 6 Beer taps. A variety of quality bottled wines are also available.

Bicycles are available for visitors to borrow.

Reciprocal Policy

The Bay of Quinte Yacht Club has a Perpetual Reciprocal Policy, which extends Reciprocal Privileges to those clubs that offer the Bay of Quinte Yacht Club members reciprocal privileges.

Visitors may stay at the club dock for up to 3 consecutive nights and up to 6 total nights in a season.
